Rosa assists domestic and international companies in resolving complex tax issues, combining an in-depth knowledge of legal and tax aspects with an approach geared toward finding the best solution for the business.
Experience
Rosa has been a member of the Bar since 2016 and has more than 10 years of experience in legal counseling, focusing exclusively on tax and related issues.
In addition to assisting clients in litigation and pre-litigation, its work includes the design and implementation of tax risk management systems (Tax Control Framework), support for companies participating in the “Adempimento Collaborativo” scheme, and advice related to complex issues in the information exchange discipline (e.g., DAC 6 and hybrid assessment).
Before joining Tax Bridge, Rosa trained within a number of boutique firms specializing in tax law and served an internship in the legal area of the Internal Revenue Service. She holds a law degree from the University of Ferrara and a Master’s degree with honors in National and International Tax Law from the Alma Mater Studiorum of the University of Bologna.
She contributes to specialized Italian magazines (Corriere Tributario, Il fisco, Italia Oggi) and participates as a speaker at conferences and university seminars.
