Vincenzo has a proven track record of managing economic analysis and defining transfer pricing policies related to business restructuring, intangible asset pricing, high value-added services, and financial transactions.
Over the years, he has assisted a variety of multinational groups in dealing with tax administrations globally in international proceedings, including tax litigations, advance agreements (APAs and MAPs) and ICAP proceedings, regarding transfer pricing cases on royalties, financial interests and high value-added services.
In addition, Vincenzo has gained relevant know-how on the determination of the economic contribution for Patent Box tax benefits and related negotiation with the Internal Revenue Service.
Prior to Tax Bridge, Vincenzo grew up within leading economic and tax consulting firms in Italy and abroad. Vincenzo holds a Bachelor’s degree with honors in Economics and a Master of Science in Business Administration from the CUOA Foundation.
He has participated as a lecturer in Italian and international master courses on Transfer Pricing (“ITC Leiden” and “IlSole24Ore“), contributes regularly to OECD public consultations on Transfer Pricing and writes for Italian financial and tax magazines (ItaliaOggi, Il Sole 24 Ore).
