This experience allowed him to gain in-depth expertise on unilateral and bilateral procedures in the areas of: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Transfer pricing<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Determination of exit or entry values in case of transfer of residence<\/li>\n<li>Allocation of profits or losses to<strong> permanent establishments<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Prior assessment of the existence of the requirements, which constitute a permanent establishment<\/li>\n<li>Disbursement or receipt of <strong>dividends, interest, royalties<\/strong> and other income components<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><br><\/p>\n<p>Since 2016, he has been assisting Italian and foreign multinational groups in international taxation from intercompany pricing to the achievement of <strong>APA<\/strong> and <strong>BAPA<\/strong> on complex issues. <\/p><p><br><\/p>\n<p>In recent years, he has completed his experience dealing with the implementation of tax risk management tools <strong>(Tax Control Framework<\/strong>), assisting primary companies in dealing with the <strong>Collaborative Compliance Office<\/strong>, and has delved into complex issues in relation to Tax Credit regimes <strong>(Patent Box<\/strong> and <strong>Research &amp; Development Credits<\/strong>).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3568255 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3568255\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"color: #dba436;\"><strong><u>Education<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>He holds a degree in economics and a Master&#8217;s degree in Quantitative Finance. He is a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Milan and the Register of Auditors, and a member of the International Tax Commission of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Milan. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d4fcb17 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d4fcb17\" magazines and newspapers and participates as a lecturer in training courses, seminars and
